Little City’s Center for Family & Community-Based Services aims to preserve families and strengthen relationships. We provide goal-oriented, person-centered services in a community setting with in-home supports to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and their families.

About Adult Home-Based Supports

Little City’s Home-Based Supports are available for adults with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities who are living at home and have been awarded home-based funding through DHS.

Little City offers services facilitation for families, personal support staff, as well as clinical staff who work with your loved one in your home. Individuals who receive Home-Based Supports can also choose to enroll in other social, employment and recreational opportunities on Little City’s campus.
