For more than 50 years, Little City Foundation has engaged and supported individuals, families and communities to ensure that children and adults with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities can realize their unique potential to live safely, learn continuously, explore creatively and work productively throughout their lifetimes.

Get Involved

Little City offers numerous ways for local corporations and their employees to get involved and give back to some of our community’s most vulnerable citizens.

We understand that the interest of each organization varies. Below is a sampling of how you and your team can make a difference:

Payroll Deductions - Little City is a proud member of Community Health Charities of Illinois (CHCI). CHCI improves the lives of people affected by a disability by uniting caring donors in the workplace with trusted health charities like Little City. For information on contributing to Little City via automatic payroll deductions, visit www.healthcharities.org/illinois.
Volunteerism - Volunteer your time and talents individually or as a group. Little City offers a variety of options on our 56-acre campus in Palatine, our Chicago satellite office, and various events throughout Chicagoland. Event Sponsorship – Sponsor one of Little City’s many events throughout the year and receive widespread and invaluable publicity and business exposure to a large network of Chicago-based supporters. Custom packages can be designed to suit your desired commitment level.
Purchase of Goods– Show your support of individuals with disabilities by purchasing your corporate holiday greeting cards from Little City. By sending greeting cards created at Little City’s award-winning Center for the Arts, you are introducing a community of artists without boundaries or limits to your business associates, family and friends.
Service partnerships – Employ workers with disabilities from Little City’s Center for Employment. You will find a gamut of flexible work solutions that will satisfy your demanding schedule and unique business needs. An innovative and effective way of doing business while improving your financial bottom line!
Serve as a collection site - In-kind donations allow Little City to target our financial resources towards other costly program necessities. Host a clothing, gift or book drive throughout the year to help collect items for the children and adults served by our organization.
