Recreation is an integral part of the Center for Health & Wellness. The Recreation component provides opportunities, classes and programming that target the physical health and mental well-being of our clients.
These recreational activities also provide a forum for our individuals to challenge themselves and explore activities in a safe, enjoyable and structured environment. Along with positive physical and mental outcomes of these activities, the increased self motivation and social interaction allows our individuals to learn more about their own potential and natural limits, creating an increased sense of pride and self-purpose.

- Little City is implementing a swim fitness program for the children and young adults that reside in the children’s program.
