Terms

1. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local and income taxes, set-up, freight and licenses.
2. No Prize Substitution.
3. Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash.
4. Participation in the Endless Summer Run gives the participant the opportunity to win Grand Prize.
5. Participation in the Endless Summer Run does not guarantee participant will win Grand Prize.
6. Raffle Ticket Holder need not be present to win.
7. If present, winner will be notified at time of drawing.
8. If not present, winner will be notified via personal contact.

Conditions

This release extends to any and all claims against Little City Foundation, McGrath Press and all participating locations for the Endless Summer Run, whether or not such claims result from negligence (except willful neglect) on the part of any or all of the above parties with respect to the event or with respect to the conditions, qualifications, instructions, rules or procedures under with the event is conducted or from any other cause. I understand that this means that I agree not to sue any or all of the above for any injury to myself or my property arising from, or in connection with said event. I further agree to waive all benefits flowing from any state statute which would negate or limit the scope of this Release and Indemnification Agreement, including but not limited to Section 1542 of the California Civil Code which provides: “A general release is not extended to the claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing this release, which is known to him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
