Child Residential and Community Programs Staff:
Requirements: GED/HS diploma, minimum 21 years old and clean driving record
Adult Residential Program Staff:
Requirements:  GED/HS diploma, Minimum 23 years old, clean driving record.
Home Manager:
Requirements: Qualified candidate must possess at least 60 credit hours of college, have two years of full-time experience in a residential child care program, demonstrate skills in working with and managing children; Must be at least 25 years of age, must possess a valid driver’s license, be able to transport children, and have proof of automobile insurance.
Clinical Therapist:
Requirements: Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field. Two years of demonstrated professional training/experience in the assessment and treatment of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Must have experience conducting individual, group and family therapy with children and/or adolescents who have developmental, behavioral and/or emotional challenges; Licensure is required; clean driving record
Behavioral Analyst:
Requirements: Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field with an emphasis in behavior analysis is required. Applicants are required to have their board certification as a behavior analyst. Previous Management experience and experience in a Behavioral Analyst role is a plus; Must have a clean driving record
Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus.

Little City Employee Benefits

Medical and Dental Insurance: As an eligible full-time employee, we will provide you and your dependents with a comprehensive health insurance plan that offers both HMO and PPO.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability: We offer short-term and long-term disability benefits at no cost to you. We ensure that our employees’ income are supplemented when employees are unable to work due to a serious medical condition.

401(K) and Roth 401(K) Retirement Plans: If you are 21 years of age and older, and completed three months of service, you may join the elective deferral portions of these plans. We match 50 cents to every dollar up to 6% of deferrals after one year of service.

Paid Time Off: As a salaried employee, you will accrue vacation at the rate of three weeks per year. As an hourly employee, you will  accrue vacation at the rate of two weeks per year. As your length of service increases, so does your vacation entitlement. In addition, as a full-time employee, we will provide you with six paid holidays per year.  As a salaried employee, you will also receive seven personal days per year and as an hourly employee, you will receive five personal days. You are also eligible for up to six sick days per year.

Employee Assistance Program: Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will help you during your time of need. Professional counselors are available 24 hours a day to assist you. An interactive website also provides you with online access to the EAP. The service is fully confidential and paid for by Little City.
