The Human Resources Department is a cohesive, collaborative team of professionals dedicated to creating partnerships by supporting the people who work at Little City. Little City Offers the Following Benefits
Medical and Dental Insurance: Little City Foundation offers a comprehensive health insurance plan which includes both HMO and PPO to all eligible full-time employees and their dependents.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability: Little City provides short-term and long-term disability benefits to its employees at no cost. Little City ensures that our employees’ income are supplemented when employees are unable to work due to a serious medical condition.
401(K) and Roth 401(K) Retirement Plans: Employees who are 21 years of age and older and who have completed three months of service may join the elective deferral portions of the plan. LCF matches 50 cents to every dollar up to 6% of deferrals after one year of service.
Paid Time Off: Salaried employees begin to accrue vacation at the rate of three weeks per year. Hourly employees begin to accrue vacation at the rate of two weeks per year. The vacation entitlement increases with length of service. In addition, six paid holidays per year are provided to all full time employees. Salaried employees receive seven personal days per year, while hourly employees receive five personal days. Employees also are eligible for up to six sick days per year.
Employee Assistance Program: Little City’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to help you during your time of need. Professional counselors are available 24 hours a day to assist you. An interactive website also provides you with online access to the EAP. The service is fully confidential and paid for by Little City.
